TH70-450鋼管水壓試驗(yàn)機(jī) 
該機(jī)適合中口徑鋼管水壓試驗(yàn)，它由前后密封頭、止退油缸、無(wú)障礙軌道拉力梁、夾管機(jī)構(gòu)、動(dòng)力站、增壓系統(tǒng)等組成。 
前密封頭組安裝在固定座上，固定座與拉力梁相連；后密封頭組安裝在小車上，小車可在拉力梁上從頭至尾移動(dòng)，小車與拉力梁用銷定位；夾管機(jī)構(gòu)也用銷與拉力梁定位，數(shù)量可增減；試壓時(shí)，鋼管進(jìn)入夾管機(jī)內(nèi)并夾緊，前后密封頭頂出各套住鋼管的一端，在使用大間隙密封圈時(shí)先給密封圈加壓使其抱緊鋼管，再給鋼管注水加壓，當(dāng)使用U型密封圈時(shí)鋼管套入后可直接注水加壓。后密封頭的頂出和定位由液壓伺服系統(tǒng)控制，可在油缸的行程范圍內(nèi)定位在任意位置，適合不同長(zhǎng)度的鋼管試壓。試壓過(guò)程由電腦控制，試壓曲線及相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)保存數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中，以備查閱。

TH70-450 steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine

The machine is designed for medium-diameter steel pipe pressure testing, which consists of front-end and rear-end sealing head groups, retrogress-protected cylinder, barrier-free track tension beams, pipe clamping brackets, power station, boost pump system, and etc.

Front-end sealing head group is mounted on the fixed support that is connected to the tension beams; rear-end sealing head group is mounted on a small cart that can be moving back-and-forth on the tension beams. The small cart is positioned on the tension beams by pins; pipe clamping brackets whose number may increase or decrease are also positioned on the tension beams by pins. During the pressure testing process, pipe clamping brackets tightly hold steel pipe, front-end and rear-end sealing heads eject and trap the two ends of the pipe respectively. When using the large-gap seal ring, first it needs to be pressurized for clasping the pipe firmly, and then water is fed into the pipe and pressurized. If using the U-type seal ring, after the pipe is trapped in, water can be directly fed into the pipe and pressurized. The ejection and positioning of rear-end sealing head is controlled by the hydraulic servo system, it can be positioned at any location within the stroke range of the cylinder, and it is suitable for pressure testing of steel pipes with different lengths. The entire process of pressure testing is controlled by a computer system. Pressure curves and related data are automatically recorded in a database for further analysis.
